Oh my its almost the end of April and I am just now posting. I have been making card bases and some bracelets for a birthday present. Lost a co-worker this month I had worked with over 15 years. Paid off my car whew what a great feeling no more car payment. Here in Missouri the weather has been changing regularly and so the arthritus is rearing its ugly head quite a bit. Sleep has been hard to come by for more than 3 or 4 hours. Will be really glad when the warm weather is here for good. Maggie has been living up to her nickname Maggie the destroyer. Anything she can get her mouth around ends up being destroyed. Well been nice chatting I'll talk with you again in May. Debbie

Craft Room

I am slowly getting my craftroom organized. Cleaned out the closet and reorganzied the stuff in there even managed to get my 2 tubs from the craft fairs in there. Had a big bag of boxes leave the room Ok yes I was saving them for chipboard but heck Randy gets enough boxes in that I can have one whenever the need strikes.
Tried Canvas People and love the photo they put on canvas.

I am in a creative slump right now but will try to get it back. I am teaching myself to knit and so far have half a scarf done. Thats about as creative as I am right now. Have a wonderful March

New Furniture

Woohoooooo Found a great Deal at Weekends only yesterday. 3 piece sectional cleranced out to 299 original price 1800. Thanks to my Darling Daughter we were able to purchase this set. First time in 2 years that Randy and I have agreed on furniture. Yes we have been looking that long. As you can see the furniture has the Cat stamp of approval. All 4 cats are lounging. Unfortunately our living room is not big enough to put all 3 pieces together so the corner piece is in the corner.

Welcome February!!!!

This winter has not really been a winter here in the St. Louis area. We had one semi bad snow day cause everyone forgot how to prepare for it. I stayed home and did some crafting that day. I am working on a mini album for my granddaughter sigh yes I am late again with her Birthday trying to get better but her present was back ordered and hasn't arrived yet. Sssssssooooo here is a sneak peek of her album in progress.
K & Company papers were used and Helmar glue. to hold it all together.

First Snowfall

Well today is the first snowfall and everyone has forgotten how to drive in it. The Roads are Icy we had rain before the snow. Took me 45 min to go 4 miles which was where the first exit is to get off the highway. Decided today was a perfect day to stay home. Turned around and came home. Hope everyone is safe out there. I am taking a big step in my crafting life and applying for a design team position. If I don't make it this time I'll try again later. Everyone out there doing the same thing good luck. Here is a few things I've been working on. A Birthday card, A Matchbook Mini Album and a Snowman that you can use for decoration or take the stuffing out of the bottom and use it for a Candy Dish.

Pugs and such

Finaly I think Maggie the destroyer is settling down. She was 10 months old Jan 7th. She is such an active puppy. Ashur our 7 year old pug and Pugman our 10 yr old pug just try to avoid her. She nips at them and tries to get them to play with her Ashur at times will play but Pugman just growls and she backs off.

Cold and snow are predicted here tomorrow and I'll let you know what happens. So far winter has been kind to us St. Louisans but I think its getting ready to be ugly. Everyone have a good night. Hugs Debbie
