New Card

I have a co-worker that closed on her very first house today. I made this card to celebrate. Haven't found a challenge that I could submit it for but that's the reason I took photo's. I didn't have a sketch I had the sentiment in my head and remembered I had the stamp at home (Joanne's clearance for .50 cents it has a quote to go with it and a row of hearts.) Enjoy
